Scrap This!
Every month Scrap n' Art design team member, Heidi Kelley, will be throwing out a couple challenges to get your creative juices flowing. This month's challenges include the "Extraordinary, Ordinary" and the "Scrap Pack." Scrap n' Art Digital Designer Call
Scrap N' Art is looking for a digital artist to join our design team. Applicants should have great experience in digital scrapbook design and mid-level to advanced Photoshop skills. Graphic design and desktop publishing skills are also a big plus. Candidates must think "outside the box"!Scrap N' Art is a revolutionary scrapbooking magazine that caters to both paper and digital scrapbookers. We are currently 8,000 subscribers strong, with dozens more joining every day from all around the globe. Our designers offer our readers inspiration through exclusive layouts and projects, tutorials, demos, product articles and reviews, and lots of FUN!
Our digital designers work with donated digital products from the biggest and most popular digital shops on the web. Additional compensation is also available for additional graphics work.
To apply, please send images (150Kb or less each) of three of your favorite digital pages to -email- - also include a resume that includes any publications, past and current design teams, information or links and preview photos of any digital products or freebies you have made, and any graphic design work you have done in the past.

Freebie Friday 10-24-08
Comic books and super heros seem to be the "in" thing right now (then again, when have they not been?) The speech bubble is one of the most important accessories a comic book hero can have. Without it, he or she has no voice. So, let the super heros on your scrapbook pages be heard with these fun and funky distressed speech bubbles. I designed them myself, and I sure hope you like them.
